However, acne scars are complex. A good treatment plan should start with identifying the scar type, not simply choosing the most popular machine.

The most important thing to understand is that acne scar treatment usually requires time, multiple sessions, and realistic expectations. One visit may help, but deep scars often need a longer plan.

Acne scars are not all the same. Common types include ice pick scars, boxcar scars, rolling scars, enlarged pores, and post-inflammatory marks. Each type may respond differently to treatment.
